Which one's your favourite?

You may have noticed there is now the chance to 'love' a Teachit resource, explain why you like it and how you've used it.

Of course, every single resource on the site will be loved by someone and that's the beauty of Teachit – the breadth and eclectic mix. The resources we've chosen below are just some of the most loved – by us and you!

Take Five - free chapter!

Take Five is a practical, innovative and inspiring pack written by English, Drama and Media Studies teachers and rooted in the real classroom. Organised by teaching topics and drawing upon a selection of much-loved Teachit resources, Take Five is every English department’s tool (or survival!) kit.

Alongside the resources, each chapter includes tips, approaches, interactives and weblinks designed to enrich teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. And with chapters on active approaches to Shakespeare, differentiation for SEN and G&T students and going multi-modal, Take Five is also ideal as a planning aid.  Whether you use it to gain inspiration for new schemes of work, or to add some ‘oomph’ to existing ones, you’ll find it helpful to have a copy at your elbow throughout the planning process and well beyond. Discover the pack with the free chapter 'Exploring the 3rd dimension'.
