A focused look at the use of imagery and oxymorons in Juliet's speeches from Act 3 Scene 2 in Romeo and Juliet. In the first task students look at some examples from Juliet's speech and identify the similes and metaphors. The second task asks students to identify any oxymorons and any other techniques, summing up their analysis with a PEE paragraph.
