Language acquisition matching task
A highly effective revision resource which helps students to remember key child language acquisition theories, and to consider their implications. Students match up the two sets of cards, the theorist and their key study
For additional challenge or as an extension task, students then consider 'What could it tell us?' about child language acquisition. Great for revision, or to consolidate and extend students' understanding at the end of the topic, or give students a smaller number of cards as a starter or plenary.
