Teachit - Standard promotional rules

The Promoter is: Teachit (Sandbox Learning Limited).

This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Teachit, Sandbox Learning Limited or their families may not enter any competition. Employees of any non Teachit or Sandbox Learning Limited party involved with the running of a particular Competition, their agents or their families may not enter that Competition. The Editor’s decision as to the eligibility of non Teachit or Sandbox Learning Limited parties will be final.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

Any winning entrants will be required to share their contact details with Teachit, with their details passed on to the competition organiser in order for the prizes to be sent out.

Only one entry per person is permitted in the competition period.

No responsibility can be accepted for any technical or any other issue that results in a failure to receive your entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of nature or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the promotion, irrespective of the stage in the promotion reached.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

No cash alternative to the prize is offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners of the prize draw will be chosen by an independent observer appointed by the Promoter.

Winners will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick replacement winners.

The Promoter will notify the winners when and how the prizes will be distributed.

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The winners’ names will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Teachit, Queen Anne House, 11 Charlotte Street, Bath, BA1 2NE.

By entering this prize draw you agree that if you are a winning entrant that your name (first initial and family name only) may be made public.
