This resource is based on Robert Swindells' novel Daz 4 Zoe. It features a writing task based on the city disturbance.
Students are given an explanation of bias before writing a news report from the Chippies' viewpoint, with supporting notes on:
- why the Chippies might take part in a demonstration
- what to include in the news report, in the form of prompt questions.
Examples of how to begin a news report are also included.
