Useful as a way of helping students develop their descriptive writing skills, this resource incorporates an extract from Kenneth Grahame's 'The Wind in the Willows', annotated so that students can see the range of authorial techniques.

A very good resource but not for year 9. I would use this with year 6 or 7 students.
