Encourage students to put their musical passions to use in this creative writing resource. Consider song titles, reflect upon musical preferences and create an individual piece of writing inspired by these. Suitable for use in KS3 and KS4.

Look at the following collection of phrases. What do they make you think of? Annotate with your ideas, and draw lines between some of the phrases that you think connect together.
