I will use it in class with my pupils. They are French learning English. I will not use every thing as it is difficult for them. But it is useful. Thank you.

That's great to hear, thank you for your feedback. Check out our 'Survival' teaching pack if you're looking for more themed texts: http://www.teachit.co.uk/survival-critical-reading.

This is really useful! It offers a good selection of structured reading and writing tasks that I can use and tweak with the student I am tutoring. I have linked it to some non-fiction 'survival' themed texts and activities, too. Just what I was looking for, thank you.

This is a lovely basis from which to make a start reading this book. The activities will not put the kids off reading which is wonderful!
