Review this resourceThis resource helps students engage with the poem in a creative way and really think about the Duke’s state of mind as he comes to the idea of murdering his duchess. I used it with a low ability GCSE class who were struggling with the poem and it really helped them grasp the themes of power, control and possessiveness.
