Making connections

A guided resource to help students to compare unseen poems. Focusing on two poems by Gillian Clark, 'Baby-sitting' and 'Catrin', this lesson asks students to find links between the poems and begin to structure a comparison essay. Includes a helpful acronym template, CFAILS, students consider comparison, feelings, attitudes, ideas, language and style/structure.
