Building a response
Activities to help students practise close analysis of language and build an effective response. They are given a series of PEA (point, evidence, analyse) cut out cards based on pp.130-131 of Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha to match correctly, then an activity exploring semantic fields from a given extract. Would work well as a group task. Answers for the matching activity are included.
