Accent and dialect

Students read a series of online news stories from the BBC, the Guardian, the Independent and UCL which explore accents and dialects, and answer a series of prompt questions to develop their understanding and make connections with relevant linguistic studies. The questions could be used to support individual work, or group/class  discussion.
