Analysing Rossetti's poem as a group

An engaging, open resource with five group activities to help A-level students analyse Christina Rossetti's Selected Poems, her key thematic concerns and poetic voice. Tasks include looking at the first lines from a selection of Rossetti's poems, categorising her poems and comparing her to other poets including Barret Browning. Teaching notes and suggested answers and outcomes for the tasks are included, written by Teachit's poet in residence Trevor Millum.
