Revising key characters

A series of activities focusing on revising the key characters from Brian Friel's Translations. Includes a table for students to make notes on stage directions, key quotations and character analysis.

There are also questions to focus students on characters' idiolects, how Friel replicates spontaneous speech and the relationships between groups of characters.

The final task is an exam style question on the play. Includes some suggested answers and teaching notes.
